Hi guys! I hope everyone had a WONDERFUL holiday! I Know I did! Eating turkey and everything else that goes with it and guys...The Turkey was juicy and tasty I LOVED It!!!!!

Well for me, I've been getting back to changing my diet and eating healthy and being mindful of what I'm eating! (Even before the holidays).

Guys.... I LOVE this powder! First of, I found out about this product when a co-worker of mine was taking it, because she was having stomach problems and her pastor suggested she take Charcoal. Well I was like, great she finally found something that's helping her and I was happy for her....Well after the thanksgiving break she lost 10-15 pounds just taking the charcoal....NOW I'm not suggesting taking this just as a weight lost but if you are having stomach problems then charcoal is GREAT for that. Also Guys I am looking to get into weight lifting....I never tried it but I thought it would be nice to get nice cut arms, legs, and body, so if you know of any information about first time weight lifting, foods, techniques I should try, articles I should read about it, and if you are weight lifting let me know what you did to get started!
