Summer Blog Challenge...
Fitness guru or couch potato? Talk about your fitness habits...


Well, I would call myself a fitness guru and on Sunday's my rest day, so after church I'm a couch potato!

What I do to keep in shape is TapOut XT! You can Lose Weight and Get Ripped in 90 Days, This is an Extreme Home Fitness Program. I do it at home and LOVE IT! I see results within minutes and I upload my progress here. Also Here is a photo of me doing AB work.

TapOuT XT is a mixed martial arts (MMA) style, extreme home fitness program. I LOVE Marital arts! My desire is to build lean muscle, and get RIPPED ABs! 

Pro trainer, Mike Karpenko, leads you through 12-sweat drenching, super-charged MMA style workouts to give you that rock hard TapOuT body you want. You just need to COME AND GET IT!

By me doing this exercise and TapOut, I see results right away (see recent video). My husband showed me this move and I've been doing it, EVERYDAY!

I just started TapOut XT and I'm on week 1 Day 6 and I am looking forward to looking great after this 90 day challenge.

I do eat healthy, by making lean breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes, healthy gluten free brownies, (recipe coming soon) and I am excited about my progress so far. 

I haven't taken any after pictures yet because it's still early but I will differently show my progress.

I will be posting some of my recipes I have been trying, I also drink A lot of water and make A lot of smoothies In the morning, I LOVE it!
