Something you're proud of from the last few days.
Well, (1) Last couple of days I have kept up my TapOuT XT workout, and I'm seeing results.
(2) I've kept up with this blog challenge constantly without quitting and haven't missed a day!
(3)I've been making some really healthy recipes that I am proud of, Such as: (Also You can click the recipes to see how I made it!) healthy brownies, quinoa w/black beans, sweet potatoes w/ black beans chili. (4) I've also been VERY discipline in making sure I'm eating healthy and not fried foods.(5) My Husband car broke down in the middle of me trying to run errands, and I didn't freaky out! I am VERY proud of myself of those things and more!
