In the beginning I was between 175-178, no butt lift or shape AT ALL and wasn't happy...
Started exercising and lost 11 lbs in 10 days!
After 30 days, I'm still at 11 lbs lost but more muscle toned and loving it! I'm still on my AB journey but I'm loving the results so far!
I noticed I have more of a butt lift and loving it!
