I LOVE to make my own salad, especially when what I found was put together on sale and left overs in my fridge!
This is a simple and easy put together recipe to make this a healthy salad!
Handful of Spinach
4 or 5 mini peppers
1 handful of cheese any kind you like, I used monterey jack cheese
1 bag of already cooked chicken (got this on sale for like $2)
Diced fresh tomatoes
half of cucumbers
Salt and pepper
Any dressing you like, I used the low fat raspberry dressing from Kraft
In a large or medium bowl, whatever you like cut up peppers, tomatoes, and cucumber...
I Like to cook the chicken in some coconut oil to give it more of a crisp in my already crisp salad!
Then put in bowl spinach, peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers and the cheese
season with Salt and pepper add dressing...
ENJOY! This is VERY delicious after a vigorous workout!
